God forbid, you have the "wrong" skin color, ethnicity, or sexuality!! Our focus is outside, seeking validation from someone who never gives it to us. And in the process, trying to please everyone else we don't take the time to really get to know yourself;

Hey, I'm Louise. I’m a lover of freedom. That, however, didn’t always work out for me. Mainly because for more than half of my life, simple life skills were completely unknown to me. And you know what, they are to most people.
Now I love my mind, but it wasn't always the case. I would overthink and get caught by my own thoughts, trying to make sense of a pretty crazy world. Many times, the thoughts just made me feel really bad and my emotions took over.
And the emotions that followed would spiral down. It could get very dark and I felt the world’s conscience on my shoulders. And instead of becoming active, striving and working for change, it would cripple me from doing anything at all.
Searching for freedom in a society full of limiting structures wasn’t easy. I found myself attracted to, what at first felt like more open environments like the music business, subcultures and started working as a festival booker. I loved that job, but it didn’t take long before I noticed that there was a system of elitism and limiting structures here as well.
As long as I did exactly what was expected of me, I was invited and accepted. But when I did something outside, I would instantly feel the cold. I realized that society doesn’t want us to be ourselves. It wants us all to be the same.

2007, after a music business project ended and the apartment I shared with some friends was sold, my search for freedom took me to Berlin. I hadn’t been there but something inside said this was where I should move.
I fell in love with the city already on the bus from Tegel-Airport. I realize now that I must’ve had the nicest BVG-chauffeur ever on that first TXL-bus ride, as he said he had no change for my 50 Euro bill, but to; "never mind and hop on anyway, nobody cares about that here”.
I found it here, in huge parks, dark clubs, dirty bars surrounded by other people yearning to be themselves. It didn't happen instantaneous, as it took a lot of deprogramming from all the beliefs society and structures had me believing in and here I was, in a new country, new city, and I had to learn a whole lot of new, crazy structures. I played along. Until one day, I realized that my inner guidance is there to be heard.
If we don’t work on our self-awareness we will be controlled by our “default settings“ and run on auto-pilot instead of being in power, driving. I was now in the driver's seat and I loved it. I didn’t want to play anyone's game but my own anymore.
No more staying submissive under the constructs that are bullying us into being robots. I learned how to question my beliefs and I realized that everything is an inside job!
TRANSFORM FROM BEING A CONSUMERS INTO BECOMING A CREATOR
I was always great at connecting with the present moment and now I realized what a superpower that actually is and that anyone can learn it.
My mission is to mentor visionaries and game-changers, into becoming masters of their own existence. When they feel stuck and held back by past experiences and outside structures we go to the bottom and enforce change. I’m not a healer, more of a deep cleaner, helping my mentees to find the beliefs behind their unwanted behavior. All according to cognitive behavioral therapy. Together we change the belief and thereby the outcome. So they can finally become and live their true identity.
Humans are not one-dimensional. To feel aligned we need to pay attention to our body, spirit (heart, soul, whatever you wish to call it) and learn when not to pay too much attention to our mind.
For that, we need some tools I personally think we should all learn already in school. But better late than never.
I use ancient tools from mindfulness as well as newer ones from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) so you can learn how to free yourself from old patterns, blocking your way.
The goal is to make a Master in Self-Mastery.
STAGE 1. SELF AWARENESS - THE BODY, MIND & SPIRIT
Our senses are our bodies’ very own keys to the present moment. They also strengthen our focus and make us become more aware.
Date yourself - What thought runs through your head. How many of them are beliefs holding you back? Where do they come from.
Spirit - heart, soul, whatever you want to call it. It is our inner guidance and will help us find our path. If we just start to listen.
STAGE 2. SELF - MANAGEMENT
Many of us are so focused on the outer world we forget about ourselves. However, everything starts and ends with you. If you don’t have a good relationship with yourself, you won’t have one with others.
When we learn to take ownership over our thoughts and emotions we have our behavior and well-being in our hands.
STAGE 3. ACCEPTANCE & NON-JUDGING, SELF-LOVE
To rewire our brain we need to become aware of the patterns we have already made. A lot of the time we don’t allow ourselves the emotions and thoughts that we have. However, accepting them is necessary to get rid of them. First, when we do, we can start making conscious decisions about them.
STAGE 4. ERADICATING LIMITING BELIEFS
Life starts and ends with you. We are fed with limiting beliefs. Our society is made to conform and control us. Not live free and be who nature intended us to be.
We use tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). So that you can get to the bottom of your behaviour and not let your beliefs be the boss of you any more..
I am on a mission. For a long as I can remember freedom was always part of my blueprint. And not just freedom for me, but freedom for all of us. Being a minority identifying as a woman, I was already subject to inequality and the suppression, control, and bullying that follows it, from an early age. I just never felt or believed that it had a place in modern society. Infact I think equality is the key problem to solve as it keeps us from taking advantage of human potential. Self-awareness is key. First, we become conscious about ourselves on this planet. Then about what game we wish to part take in. We all have this one life and it's valuable. You are valuable and significant - it's time to tell that bully off and start creating a safe world with a lot of connection, love, and harmony for anyone that wants it.

Consciousness – also known as self-awareness actually has a location. It's the place we find when we have balance between our mind, body and that life force we all carry - named anything from soul, personality to spirit. Basically it’s hiding in broad daylight. All we need to do to find it is raise our awareness of our thoughts and emotions and try to live authentic. I work for long-term results. That's why I start with the body first and use the assets we where born with.
So how exactly does that work...
STAGE 1. ACTIVATE SENSES & ZEN RITUALS
Our senses are our bodies’ very own keys to the present moment. They also strengthen our focus and make us become more aware. The more we use them, the more heightened they get and want to come out and "play" - maximizing our entire experience of life. That’s why the first step is to start using your senses more consciously.
Zen-Buddhism is known for it's amazing rituals. Anything from tee-ceremonies to gardening. In the end it's all about adding focus and awareness to normal tasks - like cooking and showering.
STAGE 2. DATE YOURSELF
Many of us are so focused on the outer world we forget about ourselves. However everything starts and ends with you. If you don’t have a good relationship with yourself, you won’t have one with others. As simple as that. Take some time to just have a cup of coffee with you. Getting to know ones own thoughts, emotions and boundaries is key to getting more self-aware and will help you strengthen your intuition, reactivating that inner guidance we all have inside.
STAGE 3. ACCEPTANCE & NON-JUDGING

All the most successful hits you’ll ever read about were inside jobs. Why would life be any different? It’s time to start defining happiness, success and anything else after your own parameters. You're the boss.
